| Were sending this letter to let you know how much we are enjoying our new sunroom that
you constructed.
Our initial meeting to talk about the project and the bid for it was with the President,
Ali and another Supervisor, Dean. After we accepted the bid and signed for the primary
work to begin, we dealt mainly with the project manager, and his helpers.
Before we were able to start construction, we were required by the City of Pearland to get
approval for a variance. Colony Builders Inc., were instrumental in helping us with out
presentation to the City Council and consequently getting approval for the construction.
Colony Builders Inc., also worked closely with us during the whole construction project.
He was most helpful when we had any question to be answered.
During the construction, we were impressed about how clean each site was as each crew left
for the day. They were always courteous and professional while working on the job. We were
impressed with how each crew knew exactly what had to be done and didnt waste any time
getting it done in a timely manner. Every crew involved were all very friendly and
professional.
All in all, we are happy with our new room It has given us a place to relax for many years
to come.
We will surely recommend Colony Builder, Inc. to our friends and acquaitances.
